Co. Clare

Located on the outskirts of Miltown Malbay, this house was designed within the constraints of Clare County Council planning guidelines for rural housing which encouraged the  dormer bungalow form. The house was originally built with 3 no. bedrooms and an upstairs study but was subsequently extended to provide a glazed sun room and an additional bedroom and ensuite providing a 4-bedroom house. The landscaping has been carefully designed, developed and maintained.
