An extensive refurbishment and extensions are planned to an existing 2-storey dwelling house overlooking Dalkey Island.
The site slopes dramatically to the shoreline which and requires careful consideration of floor and gardens levels.
A lift will be added to provide access from Coliemore Road level to the lower garden level.
The existing large rear bays windows will be remodelled to take full advantage of the view while the rear extension will provide a more generous master bedroom and kitchen / dining space.
Work is expected to start on site in Spring 2018
