No. 35 Wellington Place is a 2-storey over basement, mid-terrace private residence and a Protected Structure. MMMA provided tender and contract administration services on the design which was provided by the Client. The scope of works included a single-storey kitchen and dining room extension, remodelling of the existing ground floor level and minor remodelling of the first floor level of the rear return. A Bauder sedum green roof was installed on the rear extension with a flushglaze rooflight. The large glazed screen to the elevation was particularly challenging for the contractor as it required lifting into place by crane over the roof of the house from the street due to no rear access to the site.
