The site is located towards the rear of Swords Business Park close to Dublin Airport on the north side of the city. The Business Park includes large and smaller industrial and enterprise units with warehouses and offices. The brief was to provide enterprise warehouse units of approx.. 200 sq m with 2-storey offices to the front.
The site plan includes a central access road dividing the 2 buildings provided each of which are in turn subdivided into smaller units of varying size and letting options. This central access road allowed for future expansion to the site behind The offices are glazed with 2-storey curtain walling while the warehouses are clad in metal profiled panels.
