The existing four-storey  Protected Structure at 15 College Green will be extensively refurbished and converted  from office use to a boutique guest house with 6 no. guest rooms on the upper floors. The existing Il Forniao coffee shop at ground floor will be extended with additional seating serving the guest house and general public and provide a restaurant menu.
